The Resort Policies

AGE REQUIREMENT:

Guests must be 18 years or older with valid ID or passport to reserve a room.

CONNECTING ROOM

Connecting rooms and suites are available upon request. Please email reservation@emiratespark.ae  for more information or to make reservation.

EXTRA BEDDING

We are pleased to offer extra beds in select rooms for a nightly fee. Additionally, complimentary cribs are available for children up to five years old. Please note, deluxe and deluxe pool access Rooms won’t be comfortable with accommodate additional bed.

FAMILY PLAN

Children who are 6 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Above 6 years old will be chargeable AED 100.

ID REQUIREMENT

According to United Arab Emirates laws, non-UAE residents must present a passport upon check-in. UAE residents may present either a passport or Emirates ID. Also GCC can present ID.
strong>LATE CHECKOUT
The hotel is pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request, based upon availability at 6pm, a day-use fee of 50% of the room rate will apply. For late checkouts after 7pm, a fee equal to 50% of the room rate will apply.

ACCESSIBILITY

The hotel features disability accessible guest rooms with safety bars and a roll-in shower. Please contact the hotel directly at reservation@emiratespark.ae  to reserve an accessible room.

PETS

We regret that pets are not allowed at Emirates park resort

VISA/PASSPORT

All non-local residents must present a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry into the United Arab Emirates.
Prior to traveling, please check with the nearest Embassy of United Arab Emirates to ensure you are compliant with entry rules and procedures. Non-compliant guests may not be allowed to enter the country. The hotel is not responsible for any failure to comply with this Visa/Passport Policy.

SMOKING

While smoking rooms are available upon request, please note that shisha are not allowed in guest rooms at any time.

CHECK ACCEPTANCE

We are pleased to accept company checks as a method of payment. Checks must be presented at least 10 days prior to arrival. We regret that traveler’s checks are not accepted.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

PAYMENT

The credit card holder must be present in order for the hotel to accept their credit card as a form of payment.
